Ricardo Lagos Biography
Ricardo Froilán Lagos Escobar
is the President of the Republic of Chile from March 2000 until 2006. He is a member of the Party for Democracy and the Socialist Party of Chile and won with a narrow margin in the second round from Joaquín Lavín.
