Sandra Bullock Biography |
Sandra Annette Bullock (born July 26, 1964) is an American film actress. Born in Arlington, Virginia, she started singing as a child. Her mother was the late German-born opera singer Helga Meyer, and her father is American voice teacher John Bullock. She studied acting at East Carolina University [1] (http://www.theatre-dance.ecu.edu:591/FMPro?-db=Alumni&-Format=Alumni_Database_List.Html&Valid=Yes&-SortField=Last+Name&-Max=All&-Find) in Greenville, North Carolina, but dropped out with her parents' blessing and moved to New York, where she acted in TV programs and later feature films. Her breakthrough film was Speed (1994). She currently lives in Austin, Texas. She has never been married and has no children, but she is currently dating motorcycle builder and Monster Garage host Jesse James.
