Garnet Bailey Biography |
Garnet "Ace" Bailey, professional hockey player, was born on June 13, 1948 in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, Canada. He died at age 53 in the crash of United Airlines Flight 175 in the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack.
Ace Bailey was a member of the Boston Bruins Stanley Cup championship teams in 1969-70 and 1971-72. At the time of his death, he lived in Lynnfield, Massachusets, as the director of pro scouting for the Los Angeles Kings hockey team. |
